What Blindside Club is
Blindside Club is a private Survivor pool organization and fantasy competition platform, provided primarily for entertainment and pool management. You can create a pool, request membership through an invitation, receive contestant assignments and keep records of fees and prizes.
The service is in early access. Weekly predictions, episode results, standings and automatic prize awards are still being built. Sample preview actions are temporary demonstrations and do not create or change real pool records.
These terms govern your use of Blindside Club. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and able to agree to these terms under applicable law, with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. That minimum age is not permission to enter a paid pool.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep access to your email and authentication method, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for your use of the account and must not impersonate another person, access accounts without permission or use the service for malicious activity.
Report suspected account compromise to support@blindside.club. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law. We will provide notice where appropriate and practicable.
Our Privacy Policy explains how account and pool information is handled. Account closure is currently handled by request; it is not a self-service feature.
Pool leaders and group rules
Pool leaders administer their own groups. They are responsible for invitations and membership approvals, roster accuracy, pool settings, reviewing and confirming assignments, recording relevant information, configuring fees and prizes, and resolving issues that the application does not resolve automatically.
Leaders should explain the group’s rules and payment arrangements before people join, including how exceptions or disputes will be handled. Do not enter other people’s information without appropriate authority. Blindside Club supplies organizational tools; its operator does not administer each private group’s agreements or guarantee that participants follow them.
Contestant assignments
Each contestant has one owner within a pool. A player may own multiple contestants. Leaders must review the roster and any manual assignments before final confirmation, including the warnings shown by the application.
Confirmed assignments are permanent. The current application offers no undo, swap or redraw after confirmation. Joining through a reserved player entry later does not change that entry’s assignments. Account closure does not automatically make its contestants available again.
The current draw uses the available season roster without filtering contestants by elimination status. Leaders must review eligibility and any historical draw arrangements with their group; the app does not decide those exceptions for them.
Weekly predictions
Weekly predictions are planned as a separate competition for bragging rights, under the rules and deadlines provided when that feature becomes available. Prediction points do not change contestant ownership or the main pool’s prize allocations. Picks in the sample preview are not saved entries in a real competition.
Entry fees and prizes
Pools may be free or have a leader-configured per-person fee and prize amounts. The app records those values and leaders’ reports of payments, refunds and corrections. A recorded amount is not proof that money moved.
- Blindside Club does not collect, hold, transfer or distribute pool funds.
- Any entry fees or prize payments occur independently between pool participants, outside the platform.
- Blindside Club is not a bookmaker, betting operator, payment intermediary, escrow service or financial institution.
- Leaders and participants are responsible for determining whether their pool, participation and payments comply with applicable laws, including age and location requirements.
- Blindside Club does not guarantee that another participant will pay an entry fee or prize owed outside the platform.
We do not represent that every pool or prize arrangement is permitted everywhere. Participants should resolve payment disputes with their pool leader and the people involved. Entering prize amounts does not fund or automatically award them.
Pool information and results
Leaders enter pool information, and contestant information is provided for organizing draws. As result features become available, information may be entered, imported or updated by leaders or the application.
Episode information, contestant data, predictions, scores and user-entered information may contain errors, omissions or delays. Official Survivor broadcasts and sources remain authoritative about the television competition. Report discrepancies; do not rely on the platform as a guarantee of an outcome or payment.
Fair use of the service
Do not use Blindside Club to harass or threaten others, impersonate people, access accounts or pools without authorization, manipulate another pool, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or break the law. Do not scrape or automate the service in ways that disrupt it, bypass access controls or expose private information.
If you discover a security problem, report it privately to support@blindside.club without accessing or changing other people’s data.
Your content and data
You retain any ownership rights you have in information you submit. You give Blindside Club and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce and display that information only as needed to operate, maintain and secure the service and provide it to the people authorized to see it.
You must have the right to submit the information. This permission does not give us ownership of your content or a general right to use it in advertising. Retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
Branding and third-party rights
Blindside Club’s original name, branding, interface, code, graphics, copy and assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, subject to third-party rights. Using the service does not give you ownership of them or permission to represent yourself as its operator.
Blindside Club is an independent fan-created platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or produced by Survivor, CBS, Paramount, or any related broadcaster, production company, contestant, host, or rights holder.
Survivor and related program names, trademarks, logos, imagery, personalities and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. References to the program, contestants, episodes and results are for identification and fan-pool purposes. No official licence or endorsement is claimed.
Third-party services and availability
Blindside Club depends on Supabase for accounts and data, Vercel for hosting, Resend for account-email delivery, and Cloudflare for DNS and contact-email forwarding. Forwarded contact messages reach our operator’s Gmail inbox. Outages, delivery delays or changes at these providers may affect the service.
Features may change, and early-access software may have errors or interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the availability of a particular feature or delivery by a particular time. We may maintain, change or discontinue parts of the service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be error-free, continuously available or suitable for every pool arrangement.
To the extent permitted by law, Blindside Club and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities or profits, arising from use of the service. Pool funds remain outside the platform, and we do not assume participants’ payment obligations.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not remove responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct or other conduct where the law does not permit that exclusion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights that apply where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change. The revision date will appear here. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required by law and seek agreement where required. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account.
