Account and technical help
Having trouble logging in, verifying your email or using the app? Contact support@blindside.club.
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the device or browser you’re using. An error message or screenshot helps. Leave out passwords, verification links and invitation codes.
There’s no password to remember. Open Log in to use Google or request a sign-in email. If an email link has expired, request a fresh one; you can also enter the code from that email.
Questions about your pool
Your pool leader is the first person to ask about an invitation, a pending join request, a reserved player name or your pool’s fees and prizes.
Need another invitation? Ask your leader for a fresh link. Joining still needs their approval. Payments happen outside Blindside Club; your leader keeps the payment records in your pool.
